Lauren's career spans the full spectrum of game development, from indie startups and virtual production studios to AAA publishers.

With six years at Square Enix Collective, she has a wealth of experience, having reviewed thousands of pitches and met face-to-face with hundreds of developers globally at major events like GDC and Tokyo Game Show.

An enthusiastic advocate for teams of all sizes, Lauren excels at understanding their unique wants and needs. She has developed an approach to supporting indies that is both flexible and cost-efficient, and she is always eager to learn about your game!

Tom Parker
Production Director
Tom has worked in the games industry for over 10 years, beginning his career as an artist, animator, and occasional designer for multiple indie development teams before transitioning into Quality Assurance and Production.

Through this journey, Tom has forged considerable expertise and experience in production, project management, and understanding the needs of development teams, both large and small.
​
While working for larger indie publishers, he is credited with multiple successful game launches, several of which have sold well over 1 million units. He now aims to bring that expertise directly to partners to help meet the fast-paced and agile needs of game development.
